Should I Deload after 4 weeks?

If you’ve been lifting weights for 1-to-3 years, plan a deload week after every 6-to-8 weeks of heavy, intense weightlifting. Reduce this to every 4-to-6 weeks if you’re in a calorie deficit.

Do you come back stronger after a Deload?
