Will creatine make me less vascular?

Creatine does not directly make you more vascular because its purpose is to provide energy to muscles. However, creatine increases muscle mass, assists in fat loss, and acts as a mild vasodilator. Combined, this will indirectly promote more fluid and oxygen to your muscles, which may influence how vascular you look.
