How do I get Washington Capitals tickets?
You can access Monumental Sports Account Manager (am.ticketmaster.com/monumental) via the browser on your smartphone, through the NHL App, or Passbook with an Apple iPhone to view your tickets. Each mobile ticket will display with a Square QR code which can be scanned for entry into Capital One Arena.
Can you buy caps tickets at the box office?
The Capital One Arena box office is no longer a Ticketmaster retail outlet. We will only sell for Capital One Arena events. On the first day of an on sale for a concert, tickets will not be sold at the box office.
