What age can you start Couch to 5K?

Not likely! Anyone of any age can participate in an organised 5k, 10k or Park run as there is no age limit when it comes to keeping fit or exercising. Whether you’re 50, 60, 70, 80+ or somewhere in between, age should never be the reason not to participate!

Is Couch to 5K good for beginners?

Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners. It was developed by a new runner, Josh Clark, who wanted to help his 50-something mum get off the couch and start running, too. The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks.
