Make sure the drive-side crank is oriented on the splines of the spindle correctly. Using an 8 mm Allen wrench, tighten the drive-side crank to 54 Nm (478 in-lbs). If you are not using a torque wrench, this is very tight. Once tight, make sure the cranks spin freely in the bottom bracket.
