If the bead is uniformly seated to the rim all the way around, a little wobble in the tire isn’t an issue. If it’s a new tire, it’s probably just ‘bent’ from packaging, and will work itself out. If it’s not a new tire, you haven’t reinstalled it correctly. go back to checking the bead.
