What is the objective of OMNIKIN ball?

In this document, the masculine form refers to both men and women. A KIN-BALL® sport game is played between three opposing teams of four players each on the playing area. The objective of this sport is for the team whose color is called to catch the ball with any part of the body before the ball touches the ground.

The hitter must say “OMNIKIN®” and the color of an opposite team before hitting the ball. The ball must be hit at a minimum of 6′ in distance. The ball must have an outward or upward slope; never in a downward slope. Three members of the same team have to be in contact underneath the ball before the serve.

Games of Kin-Ball have three periods, each lasting 15-minutes, although this can reduce to 7-minutes for younger players. The game shall be played by thee opposing teams each consisting of four players. Between each period players will have a 1-minute break.
