How do you start training with a ring?

You can set the rings up somewhere around hip to knee height. Then grab the rings and lean back to start the exercise. By moving your feet forward or away from the anchor point, you can position your body in an infinite number of angles (which will adjust the difficulty).

How many times a week should I train my ring?

Do this routine 3 times a week and you’ll be reaping the unique benefits of rings training within a few weeks. You can add it on to your current training if you like, but make sure you adjust your workouts as needed so you don’t overdo it.

Is Ring training good?

As well as strength training, gymnastic rings give you the added superpower of mobility and flexibility. Lifting weights without these physical attributes can quite easily lead to injuries.
