Can you go swimming in Epping Forest?

Epping Forest is a private beach found on the Severn River near Clements Creek. The beach is equipped with docks, swimming lanes, a diving board, and a pier. At the end of the pier, the water is about 10-12 feet deep.

Can I swim in the river Chelmer?

The river Chelmer offers lovely clean swimming and canoeing, for up to two miles downstream of the bridge, or opposite a pretty church.
