Is there a time limit at Topgolf?
You can stay in a bay for anywhere from 30 minutes until close if you’d like. Typically we see guests stay a few hours.
Is Topgolf better at night or day?
TopGolf is a high end driving range during the day and a sporting club at night. Cheaper in the day, more real golfers and families, easier to see where the balls go.
How do walk ins at Topgolf work?

Can you hit driver at Topgolf?
This is basically a driving range where you try to hit big targets instead of long distance. The range is only about 200 yards long. Drivers and Woods are not allowed.
Does Topgolf use real golf balls?
* Topgolf balls are flighted. That means they don’t go as far as a normal golf ball. Or as a real golfer would say, “They don’t go anywhere.” I found that I had to hit about a club-and-a-half more to make the ball go as far as my shots on a real golf course.
How does Topgolf track their balls?
The ball dispensers are equipped with RFID readers that can tell when you wave a club over the sensor. The ball also contains an RFID chip that tells the Topgolf system that it’s you who’s about to hit. “We know that you’re the one playing because that ball is tagged to you,” Macaulay says.
Does Topgolf show swing speed?
We don’t get club data like swing speed, attack angle or club path but we get very accurate real-time ball data. So when we watch golf on TV, the Toptracer software picks up the trajectory and shot-shape of the ball and makes it visible to viewers.
What is the liquid inside a golf ball?
