What is Defog. As a TM, Defog is a flying-type special move. It is described as being a strong wind that blows away the target’s barriers, like Reflect and Light Screen. It will also lower the target Pokemon’s evasiveness.
How do I use Defog?
Defog is an item that you can use to clear the fog that avoid you from moving towards a certain area. So, if you have Defog in your inventory, all you need to do is to stand next to the foggy area and then open your Poketech menu. Now, head to the “Hidden Moves” section and select “Defog.” That’s it!

Where is Defog TM?
You’ll first get this HM in The Great Marsh near Pastoria, the city after Veilstone. Enter the Marsh (paying 500 Poke for the convenience) and speak with the trainer near the tram. She’ll give you several TM 97s, which contain Defog. That’s right, Defog is now a TM just like Rock Smash and Waterfall.
