How do you remove Cricket protect?
You may cancel Cricket Protect at any time and receive a prorated credit of any unearned premium/charges. Cancel by visiting My Account or the myCricket app or by visiting a Cricket store. You are not required to purchase these protection plans to activate wireless service.
Will cricket replace a stolen phone?
You can sign up for Cricket Protect when you purchase and activate a new, eligible phone on the Cricket network. You’re covered for loss, theft, damage (including liquid), and out-of-warranty malfunction. If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a new or refurbished replacement device. You’ll just pay the deductible.
