A Main Event FUNCard and a Main Event Game Card (collectively referred to herein as a “FUNCard”) is a stored value card with a magnetic strip that allows you to play games at all Main Event Entertainment locations in the United States (“Participating Location(s)”).

You may purchase a Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift in our locations & online at mainevent.com for any flexible value you choose, from $5 to $500.
How do I use my main event gift card online?
Plastic: Present your Gift Card at the Bowl Desk of any Main Event Entertainment center for redemption or use your Gift Card online at mainevent.com for redemption. e-Gift/Mobile: Present your printed e-Gift or display your mobile phone at the Bowl Desk of any Main Event Entertainment center for redemption.

You may check Fun Card credit and ticket balances by going to an Authorized Employee, kiosks, or at our Fun Card page. In addition, you can check your Game play and ticket redemption history at Participating Locations’ kiosks.
Do main event cards expire?
4. The credits you purchase do not expire, are not subject to a maintenance fee and are stored on your FUNcard. The points you win (other than points issued in connection with a special promotional offer that may have an expiration date (“Promotional Points”) do not expire.

You can check Main Event Entertainment gift card balance online on our website or call Main Event Entertainment at 1-972-406-2620. You can also visit any Main Event Entertainment store and inquire a cashier to check the balance for you.
Can you pay with cash at Main Event?
No, not at this time.
How do I get a refund from main event?
To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping), all items must be received back in new and unused condition, including the intact letter set. We are glad to pay return shipping costs in the event that the product received is damaged. We may offer partial refunds at our sole discretion.
