What If I Lose My Ring? From time to time we receive rings that have been found and are sent to us to locate the original owner. Our records currently only go back four years and we have the following rings stored in our Lost & Found vault for the original owners to claim.
What happens if you lose a class ring?
If a replacement is not in the plan, by contacting the original manufacturer, many times you can find the exact ring style and customize it to replicate your original ring. Find pictures of the ring you lost, or ask a friend from your high school for theirs.
Can Jostens remake lost ring?
If your ring is damaged or worn beyond satisfaction, it may be exchanged for a ring of same or similar design and of comparable value at Jostens current remake charge. Call 1-800-854-7464 for a quote.
Can I replace my Jostens class ring?
Claims must be filed by the original owner within 4 years of shipment of original order or within 10 years if you purchased the Extended Ring Protection Plan. Only one ring loss protection plan accepted per ring. Military academy and recruit rings are not covered. Diamonds and genuine stones are not covered.
Can you replace a class ring?
Contact the company that made the original ring. Ask them if they have a ring replacement program. Some class ring purveyors offer a program in which they will replace a class ring for a discounted price if the ring was lost or stolen. Most of these programs are for people who bought rings within the last ten years.
