What oil do you use on spokes?
While specialized lubricants abound for almost any mechanical device, nipple and spoke threads have fairly simple needs and therefore almost any form of lubricant will work just fine – oil, grease or a dedicated thread lubricant, like anti-seize compound (which is my favorite for spoke threads).
