Using a touch-and-go method allows you to maintain a solid grip on the bar without being given the chance to slacken it. Whether you go mixed grip or double overhand, there’s a definite benefit to it.May 11, 2017

Is it OK to do touch and go deadlifts?


Mean well the obvious is that touch and go is easier to do with the same weight as a dead stop deadlift. So if your goal is to just use the most weight. Possible then touch and go is your choice.
