Is the egg sitter effective?

Concept is good and seems comfortable for a few minutes, but without FULL Support of my FULL Bottom any comfort is very short lived. I’ve tried this for over a week, but no matter how I try to position the cushion on the seat, I cannot achieve any lasting comfort due to its small size.
