As long as your bike is level, all should be good for your seals, and hydros. If its a quality stand, and you tighten your seatpost bold a bit, it SHOULD be fine.

Is it OK to hang a bike by the seat?
Never, never NEVER, lift your bike or hang it by the seat when the dropper is sagged below the upper position. When the dropper is at any height below maximum it’s very bad for the hydraulic mechanism and internal seals to pull up on or lift the bike by the seat.

Why do expensive bikes not have kickstands?

So, the mere thought of adding some extra metal to their bike is too heavy for them. By all means, a kickstand doesn’t add very much weight to a bike. They even make some out of carbon fiber or lightweight alloy metals. The problem is that they aren’t useful weight.
