The first Thursday of every month is Free Day. Admission is free of charge with advance reservation. Free Day tickets are available the last Thursday of every month for admission the following week.

Does the Huntington Library cost money?

Huntington Library & Gardens is located at 1151 Oxford Rd, San Marino, CA 91108. The Library and Gardens tarted as a free-admission place. However over the years, due to the high maintenance fees of the grounds, the admission fee evolved from a $5/person suggested donation to a whopping $25/person today.

Can Huntington members bring guests?

Yes. We require that at least one person named on the Membership be present with a photo I.D. For example, if you and your second cardholder are listed on your Huntington Membership, you may bring someone else in place of your second cardholder (but you cannot give your card to someone else to come on their own).

Can you take water into the Huntington Library?
