If you call them 30minute, 45minute or 1hour SCBA’s, it is my opinion you are making a HUGE mistake by creating the mentality that “this should last an hour”. When in reality, a 4500psi or “45 minute” (as you call it) SCBA will last the average person 20 – 25 minutes on the fireground.
