Caps & Gowns may be distributed on campus or shipped to you directly, depending on your school’s preference and your selection at time of order. Bulk distribution dates will be communicated through your school. For direct ship orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacturing.

HOW LATE CAN I CAN PLACE AN ORDER FOR GRADUATION SUPPLIES, INCLUDING CAP & GOWN? All orders for graduation supplies must be received by January 4st. After January 1st, we have a Senior Late Order Program that runs until graduation.

Orders for alumni and current students from schools that do not sponsor a delivery ceremony can expect to receive their hand-crafted ring in four to six weeks (excluding shipping time). Rings are shipped via USPS with signature required.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed. HOW SHOULD MY GOWN FIT? Your graduation gown should be at a length that falls approximately midway between the knee and the ankle. It should not go below the ankle, or above the knee.
