How does Casper delivery work?

The delivery team will bring your In-Home Delivery eligible Casper products to the appropriate room, set them up, and remove any packaging materials. You can also add on a removal service to remove and recycle your previously owned mattress and foundation/box spring.

Does Casper mattress need time to inflate?

It takes 4-6 hours for the memory foam to expand 90% and could take another 4-6 hours to get close to full expansion. It is recommended to wait 24 hours before sleeping on it, but don’t worry if you can’t.

How is Casper hybrid delivered?

The only difference is that it’s compressed in an air-sealed bag and rolled tight before shipping. It’s then placed into a box about the size of a mini-fridge for shipping. Upon arrival, this tidy box is much easier to maneuver than a traditional mattress.

You are permitted to use a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and a hard copy dictionary during your test. You are not allowed to have pre-written notes. Even though you are permitted to take notes during your test, please be cognizant of the 5-minute time limit given to answer each section (set of 3 questions).

Can I sleep on my Casper right away?

You can start snoozing right away! Once your sheets are on, you’re good to go! Just make sure your mattress is facing right-side-up before putting your sheets on.

Is Costco Casper the same?

While Costco is the only vendor of the Casper Select, Casper itself is responsible for warranty claims on the mattress, according to a customer service representative from Costco. So if you have an issue, you’ll look to Casper for customer support and repairs or a replacement.

What happens if you sleep on a memory foam mattress before 24 hours?

The truth is, it shouldn’t damage a quality mattress if you go against the 24-hour rule and sleep on it a couple of hours after unboxing. The rule mostly exists to make sure you get a good night’s sleep on your mattress, as the bed is hardly at its most comfortable when it’s still expanding.

Is off-gassing from memory foam toxic or dangerous? The short answer is no. While the odor from mattress off-gassing is unpleasant, it’s not harmful to most people. A small percentage of owners report difficulty breathing, headaches, nausea, eye and throat irritation, and asthma.
