The delivery team will bring your In-Home Delivery eligible Casper products to the appropriate room, set them up, and remove any packaging materials. You can also add on a removal service to remove and recycle your previously owned mattress and foundation/box spring.

How is Casper hybrid delivered?
The only difference is that it’s compressed in an air-sealed bag and rolled tight before shipping. It’s then placed into a box about the size of a mini-fridge for shipping. Upon arrival, this tidy box is much easier to maneuver than a traditional mattress.

Even though you are permitted to take notes during your test, please be cognizant of the 5-minute time limit given to answer each section (set of 3 questions).
Can I sleep on my Casper right away?
You can start snoozing right away! Once your sheets are on, you’re good to go! Just make sure your mattress is facing right-side-up before putting your sheets on.
Is Costco Casper the same?
