Make sure there is nothing behind the drywall. Pre-drill holes into the drywall. Screw the drywall anchors in with a Philips head screwdriver, until the anchor is flush with the drywall. Do this for all mounting holes, then place surfboard racks against wall and insert screws through rack into drywall anchors.
