All Guests must sign a waiver online or upon entry to our parks. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Not only is it dangerous to wear shoes on a trampoline, but they can damage the Mat. If you wear heavy-duty shoes or trainers designed for wearing on the street, this can cause the jumping mat to wear out prematurely due to increased friction.

Do parents need to pay at Flip Out?
Both adult and child will require a paying ticket each. Sign a NEW waiver prior to arrival (This has the new Covid – 19 rules) this includes spectators as well.
Can I go to Flip Out if pregnant?
For clarity, if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or wearing any form of plaster cast, you are not allowed to participate in any of the Activities. Participants at Flip Out are personally responsible for their own personal well-being.
Can jumping on trampoline cause miscarriage?
Miscarriage is not caused by the activities of a healthy pregnant woman, such as jumping, vigorous exercise, and frequent vaginal intercourse.
Can you go to gravity pregnant?
Those aged 13 and over may use Gravity Rocks both unaccompanied and unsupervised. Must be aged 14+ to participate. Our activities are not suitable if you are pregnant. You may not participate in any Gravity activity if you are pregnant.
