You don’t have to own a horse or pony to participate, just have a love of them. Whether you like to trail ride, compete, or just hang out at the barn, Pony Club can start you on the path to a life with horses.

Pony Club Camp Checklist

  • Waterproof Riding Jacket.
  • Jodhpurs or Breeches – You will need at least 2 pairs of coloured ones.
  • Pony Club Long Sleeved Rugby Shirt or Sweatshirt.
  • Pony Club Polo Shirt or T-Shirt with sleeves.
  • Long Sleeved Shirt or Colours for Cross Country.
  • Body Protector – Must be BETA 2009 (level 3) approved.

Do you need a pony to join Pony Club?

New Pony Club Centre Membership is open to anyone under 25 years of age who does not own a pony. Members pay an annual subscription and receive instruction at a Pony Club linked Centre, this subscription constitutes Membership of the Club and includes third party insurance.

The Pony Club offers nine different sports, more than any other equestrian organisation! As well as the Olympic sports of Show Jumping, Dressage and Eventing, you can also take part in the fast-paced Mounted Games, Polocrosse and many more!

What happens at Pony Club camp?

The pony stays at camp stabled in a pen for the duration of camp. Child attends camp each day 8.30am and returns home to sleep. Lunch and snacks are provided for the dailies. The ponies will be fed according to their usual diet.

How long is Pony Club camp?

2 days for Regional level (70-80cm or dressage equivalent) and 2 days for 90+.
