Good bedding can also be eaten by the worms. In fact, up to 50% of a worms diet may consist of its bedding. One material that works extremely well for both bedding and food is brown cardboard.

They don't like it too cold or too hot if. It's too cold put it in a morning Sun you can move these things around. And if it's too hot put it in a shady spot. Anything.
