You’ll know it’s time to resurface your pool when you see the plaster peeling away to the point that the cement underneath is showing. Resurfacing is an ambitious project, but it’s not one that you can’t tackle yourself if you have the time and know-how.
Can you plaster your own pool?
You need to let it set up until it's hard and then you need to fill the pool with water and it. Just doesn't really lend itself to being and do it you look yourself process.
