Complete your course online. The PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course is PADI’s most popular specialty course and can now be taught and certified entirely online. The open water dives for this course are optional, and therefore can be conducted, if desired, at a later date.
How do I become nitrox certified?
It’s possible to earn your nitrox certification in just one day. Simply complete the online course and schedule a short practical session with your instructor. The two dives are optional. You can also earn a nitrox certification simultaneously with another course.
How much does nitrox certification cost?
The cost is $179.00. Price includes either the PADI E Learning Access Pass or text book, a demonstration on acquiring and logging Nitrox tanks and fills, the PADI Enriched Air Certification Card upon completion. There are no open water dives required or included in this class.
Do you need to be certified to use nitrox?

Can you put air in a nitrox tank?

However, once you do the tank is no longer safe to be used for Nitrox until it has been oxygen serviced. Any tank having a standard air fill will need to be serviced before using EAN. If you plan on using both air and Nitrox, it may be best to get a second tank.
