No they cannot, unless they all bunched together and a few didn’t freeze.. that’s your only hope. If they look deflated, toss them! I wouldn’t even thaw them out, that’s going to be a stinky mess. If they froze, place them in a very warm place- like the trunk of your car, and give them 7-10 days to thaw.
