Can Airboats go in deep water?

An airboat can be used in deep water. Although it has a flat bottom hull and a shallow draft it is more than capable of being used in very deep water. However, as some deep waters may also be open waters precautions should be taken if those bodies of water experience a lot of wind and chop.
