Can a crossbow bolt penetrate a skull?

If the crossbow bolt makes it to the back of the skull (0.25m from PART 1) with enough kinetic energy to pierce it, it will go right through.

Starting this experiment off an arrow regardless of what tip you use is going to pierce. Skin I got hit in the head with an arrow that didn't even have a tip on it and it went an inch in my face.
