Yes 10 speed specific quick links are often used with 10 speed Shimano chains.

Can you use a Shimano pin in a KMC chain?

You’re mistaken about the suitability of SRAM links for other chains. KMC and Shimano 10 chains have the same width across the inner sideplates and can use the same (KMC) quick link, but a SRAM 10 speed chain is narrower and the powerloc link is NOT suitable for either of these chains.

Can I use an 11 Speed Quick Link on a 10 speed chain?

Since the 11 speed chain is narrower, the connection pin will be narrower than for a 10 speed. While it might work, I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. What you can do is use a SRAM powerlock designed for 10 speed applications.
