Pushup strength decreasing after joining Gym?

Don’t worry, it’s normal, you’re just tired. If you had been inactive for a long time, and then suddenly go to the gym 4 days straight, your body is showing you it needs time to recover. Try going to the gym every other day, and wait until your strenght comes back.

Why am I losing strength with push-ups?
