It’s stacked with 500-600 foot, 30-40 degree hike-to chutes that fan out onto wide-open aprons. The East Wall opens late in the season, snow stability and coverage permitting, and in lean years it might not open at all.

Keystone does have longer runs on average and plenty of area , but it’s not quite enough to keep up with Breck’s offerings . Skiable area is basically a wash between the two, with Keystone’s 3,148 acres barely edging Breckenridge’s 2,908 acres.
