Do you feel hungrier than usual just after starting a low-carb diet? This can often happen, especially if you’ve been limiting calories before. It is normal and if you want to eat more, do so – make sure you eat more food, especially fat, until satisfied.

Why do I feel hungry after low-carb meal?

Carb creep happens when you become a little too “comfortable” with your low carb plan, and you no longer keep a strict count of the carbs you’re eating. The body breaks down carbs more quickly than protein, and it could explain why you’re feeling hungrier than usual.
